BIANCA PEDRINA

Within the Artist-in-Residence Program, CCA is delighted to host the artist Bianca Pedrina. Born in 1985 in Basel, Switzerland, Pedrina studied Fine Arts in Hochschule der Künste Bern and Städelschule Frankfurt am Main in Germany from 2006 to 2011. She explores photography like a plastic medium and works to connect her shots with spaces through collages, materiality and installations. Her aesthetics are clean and straightforward. Bianca started her career in 2008 and exposed mostly in Switzerland, Austria and Germany since then. She currently lives and works in Basel, Switzerland, and will be staying in Studio Azul during September 2023.
