CLARA BUSCH

In visual artist Clara Busch's practice, tradition meets experimentation when knitting, sewing, drawing and painting coexist with latex casting, 3D scanning and digital animation. What connects the works is an overall focus on intimacy, nature and relationships. In Clara Busch's practice, questions such as “What is an image?” are asked. or "What is an image in relation to a body?".

Clara Busch graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2022, at the School of Painting and Pictorial Practices. She has, among other things, exhibited at Kunsthal Charlottenborg, Nikolaj Kunsthal, Galleri Tom Christoffersen, Richard Winthers House in Lolland and made the duo exhibition "Skelettynd Grænse" with visual artist Anna Rettl at Arcway Nightlands Connector Jennifee-See Alternate.
